Normally, the body converts sugars and carbohydrates to glycoside. Glucose supplies the energy requirement of the cells. However to initiate this process, the insulin hormone must be found in the bloodstream. The main problem of diabetics is that patients can not produce insulin, can not use the produced insulin or neither produce and use the insulin.

Thyroid glands have a great importance in the hormone balance of the body. The hormones produced in the thyroid glands, provide a healthy functioning of metabolism especially the digestive, nervous and circulatory systems. As a result of the problems in the thyroid glands, the body’s hormone balance deteriorate. Thyroid glands can become inflamed, grow or fill with nodules. At the same time, hormone production in the glands can be much or less than necessary. Problems that occur in thyroid glands should be kept a close watch on and the person should be treated by specialist physicians.

Renal insufficiencies that can occur for different reasons such as; coronary failure, prostatic hypertrophy, regularly used medicine, diabetes, kidney cysts, muscle wounds, excessive blood pressure reduction and can be defined as the kidneys can not perform their functions. If the kidneys lose their function acutely or chronically, detailed examination is needed. Hepatitis A, B, C, chronic hepatitis, viral hepatitis, liver failure, cirrhosis, hepatitis encephalopathy, hydatid cyst, liver cancer are among the most common liver diseases.

Metabolic Disorders

Metabolic diseases that can occur either congenitally or after, require the regularly treatment. Examples of metabolic diseases are; diabetes, goiter, phenylketonuria, congenital hypothyroidism and etc. The underlying cause of metabolic diseases could be explained by interrupting of the chemical processes in the metabolism for different reasons.
